RSS feeds such as the conferences news feed:
http://www.php.net/conferences/news.rss

Entries such as the php|arch one, which has a & causes an XML syntax error and the feed will be unreadable to readers such as browsers.

Ahh, you mean the RSS feed.. They were deprecated long time ago.

I'll try to fix it though.
