gethostbyname() on CLI will cause "Segmentation fault: 11 (core dumped)' when pspell extension is enabled.

Reproduce code:
---------------
1) "test.php" Contains

<?php echo gethostbyname('www.google.com'); ?>

2) run "/usr/local/bin/php test.php"

Expected result:
----------------
74.125.45.103

Actual result:
--------------
74.125.45.103Segmentation fault: 11 (core dumped)
