I'm teaching a college class in php and after singing it's praises to a room full of students every single download package we've tried to download from your site and it's mirrors is corrupt.  9 mb packages download as 6 meg and of course fail to open.  I've tried dozens of times from dozens of mirrors and result is the same.  2 days now and still no working version of php to install.  this is a disgrace. Of course the newest version has no function to connect to mysql anymore.  (WHY!!!!!!!)

Anyhow, I've had to completely scrap the class and the students needless to say are not too enthused to use your product ever again.  We've downloaded and installed software from many sites and services on a daily basis and never had this kind  of problem.

This may not be bug in the software, but if you can't download it, you can't use it.

Which Windows package are you exactly trying to download, and from which mirrors did you try?

I tried downloading all the Windows packages from no.php.net just now; works flawlessly:
