Working on latest php-5.3.0alpha2-dev (200808170830 snapshot).

zend_set_timeout args function args have changes :

ZEND_API void zend_set_timeout(long seconds, int reset_signals);

Reading the source code (diff from 5.2.6), it seems the new option reset_signals should be set to 1 to have previous behaviour.

Simple patch proposal :

Reproduce code:
update to latest php 5.3 snapshot

Expected result:
Build complete.

Actual result:
/home/rpmbuild/BUILD/php-gtk-2.0.1/main/php_gtk.c:171: error: too few arguments to function 'zend_set_timeout'
