Description:
------------
Your stupid system won't allow me to report this bug under version 4.4.9!!!!

After upgrading from 4.4.8 to 4.4.9 the PostgresSQL database is unusable. When I start Apache (version 2.0.63) I get the following message:

Unknown(): Unable to load dynamic library 'F:/php4/extensions/php_pgsql.dll' - The specified module could not be found.

If something is stupid is the fact to (still) use php4. What do you need to understand that we do not support php 4.x anymore? That we will not fix anybug, we will not release it anymore, never.

However, if you still want to use php4, take the pgsql extension from 4.4.8 or fetch the libpq.dll from here and put it in your usual place:

Whether PHP 4 is still supported or not is irrelevant - that is no excuse for issuing a release that has bugs.
