After successful compilation (gcc 4.3.0) pecl shared extension which use mbstring (mailparse) doesn't load.

Simple proposal patch fixes this issue :

Reproduce code:
php -m | grep mail

Expected result:

Actual result:
PHP Warning:  PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/lib64/php/modules/' - /usr/lib64/php/modules/ undefined symbol: mbfl_name2no_encoding in Unknown on line 0
