I modified the docbuilding script to mail phpdoc@ when build fails, but the mails aren't getting through from the rsync box..

Derick could you check it out?

This is fixed. The online documentation editor sends these emails once per day.

Do you want/need the same reporting/emailing for the Win32 CHM build process?

The CHM's are built once per week on a Thursday, ready for pulling on Friday for 
rsyncing.

Currently, the log files per translation per process (svn, configure, phd, chm 
and enhancedchm) are all logged individually at http://oti1.php.net/logs
