Certain documentation pages don't require version information, but in some cases the following is presented in the docs:

(No version information available, might be only in CVS)

I'm not sure the best way to handle this but when figured let's be sure to document the procedure in the HOWTO.

This bug has been fixed in CVS. Since the websites are not directly
updated from the CVS server, the fix might need some time to spread
across the globe to all mirror sites, including PHP.net itself.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make PHP.net better.

Added role="noversion" attribute.

The HOWTO needs to be updated though :|
