The warning that is presented during the ./configure stage about the apxs problem points to an incorrect URL ...

( The Version is Actually 4.0 RC2 but the form to post this doesn't allow for 4.0 bug's :) )

The line reads ...
Please go read http://www.php.net/FAQ.php3#4.11 ...........

The correct section is indeed 6.11 as 4.11 does not exist.
