Description:
------------
The Protuguese-Brazilian Translation has an error.

In the static keyword page it states that the default for no visibility entered (PHP4 compat.) is "public static" where it should read just "public".

this page: http://www.php.net/manual/pt_BR/language.oop5.static.php
this line: Por compatibilidade com o PHP 4, se nenhuma declara??o de visibilidade for usada, ent?o o membro ou m?todo ser? tratado como se fosse declarado como public static.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make our documentation better.
