implementing (internal) interface Traversable generates, under Windows XP Apache 2.2, an Apache errormessage in a separate window.

What's the problem here..? How exactly did you configure PHP into Apache? What SAPI? There's not enough information provided to even begin solving your issue. Start with defining what is expected and what isn't..
