Description:
------------
Running on W2K3 Server with IIS 6.0, setup with PHP 5.2.5 and MySQL 5.1.1
Everything seems to be working fine, PHP works with most syntaxes, I get PHP info to work correctly, start session and etc. but can't seem to connect to my Database (MySQL). Intention was to install Wordpress on my 2003 Server for blogging.

PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 01DFAB4A (the numbers vary).

I've tried to adjust security settings on TEMP folders, and lots of others.
I've tried PHPMyAdmin (returns the same error.)

see: http://kcg.is/PHPMyAdmin
http://kcg.is/index.php
and
kcg.is/dirty.php (also dirty2.php)

Reproduce code:
---------------
http://kcg.is/dirty.txt > the code used to connnect to a database.

Expected result:
----------------
Expecting to be able to connect to the database and insert rows, tables and etc.
