Description:
------------
- Open the manual, .chm version, 'Contents' Tab
- Go to Function Reference
- Go to PDO function
- Click on PDOStatement::BindParam
- Go to the right, to the text part of the window; top right, click on 'Next'

The manual page 'PDOStatement->bindValue()' appears; it is not listed to the left, in the 'Contents' tab.

The same is true for:
PDO->getAvailableDrivers()
PDOStatement->closeCursor()
PDOStatement->fetchColumn()
PDOStatement->fetchObject()

Moreover, the whole chapter
CXXIII. Phar archive stream and classes

is not in the 'Contents'

Existing bugs about missing section in .chm are too old to be relevant

Rudy: could you look into it?
I'm pretty sure you already fixed it..

This bug has been fixed in CVS. Since the websites are not directly
updated from the CVS server, the fix might need some time to spread
across the globe to all mirror sites, including PHP.net itself.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make PHP.net better.

This issue didn't appear anymore in PhD's CHM.
