When using the MSI installer and specifying the commandline option: APACHEDIR , It seems to always revert to C:\

Reproduce code:
 /log c:\logfile.txt /qb APACHEDIR="C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Apache2.2\conf" ADDLOCAL=MainExecutable,apache22,PEAR,ScriptExecutable,RegisterPHPFiles,ext_php_curl,ext_php_dio,ext_php_gd2,ext_php_gettext,ext_php_htscanner,ext_php_ldap,ext_php_mbstring,ext_php_mcrypt,ext_php_mhash,ext_php_svn,ext_php_win32service,ext_php_win32std,ext_php_xmlrpc,ext_php_xsl,ext_php_zip,pecl_php5activescript,ext_php_pdf,ext_php_pdo_pgsql,ext_php_http,ext_php_timezonedb

Expected result:
INSTALLDIR uses the path you specify...

Actual result:
Is always "C:\"
