I just installed 5.2.5 on an XP system that never had PHP installed. Before and after loading and fixing the mbstring vs exif issue, I get the following on phpinfo():

Error in my_thread_global_end(): 3 threads didn't exit PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'C:\Program Files\PHP\ext\php_netools.dll' - The specified module could not be found. in Unknown on line 0 

The PHP 5.2.5 install did place the dll in the extensions directory AND all other extensions load--why not this one??
