Description:
------------
Received compile error when including mysqli option.

Used configuration command:
   ./configure --prefix /usr/local/mysql --with-mysqli=<path>/mysql_config.sh

Last few lines from compile output with error were:

mysqli.c:1171 warning: passing argument 2 of 'php_strlcpy' makes pointer from integer without a cast
mysqli.c: In function 'php_local_infile_end':
mysqli.c:1194: error: 'MY_SQL' has no member named 'li_stream'
make: *** [ext/mysqli/mysqli.lo] Error 1

Note: Old bug reports indicated PHP5 was not year compatible with MYSQL5 -- but this was three years ago. Surely it's fixed by now??

Reproduce code:
---------------
Standard code (no changes)

Expected result:
----------------
Expected clean compile

Actual result:
--------------
See above
