I have installed php3.016 on NT/IIS4 and changed the php3.ini in the c:\winnt dir with doc_root set to the directory c:/rbsserv/hts/user/ 
But i still get this error when accessing the page.

Fatal error: Unable to open c:/rbsserv/hts/user/hts/user/test.phtml in - on line 0
No input file specified. 

Pls help!
