or in php_manual_sk.chm 
I cannot find mysqli_set_charset in "Register" tab, but I can find it using "Search" (Hladaj) tab.

Please use the English translation.
The Slovakian translation was abandoned years ago, and hasn't been built for at least two years.

(Assigning to our editor as this translation should probably be removed)
