when change default language for MSSQL account to Russian (old was English) i get apache exception #1960 while executing mssql query. PHP install as module, Apache 2.2

Reproduce code:
---------------
$db = mssql_connect("server",'user','pass') or die('Can not connect');

mssql_select_db('custom')

$res = mssql_query ("select * from custom_old..imp7 where id = 8569658");

$row = mssql_fetch_array($res);
echo '<pre>';
print_r($row);
echo '</pre>';


Expected result:
----------------
Array
(
    [0] => 8569658
    [id] => 8569658
    [1] => 224227
    ........
)



Actual result:
--------------
exception httpd [1960]

"exception httpd [1960]" - no idea what that might mean.
A backtrace and a full reproduce case (including the tests schemes) would help.
