Any script will reproduce this error. The PHP process hangs. I have to kill the HTTPD process to make it stop. I am using the binary distribution of PHP3 RC4 (Win32) and the Binary dist of Apache 1.3 b7. I have no problem with Apache 1.3 b6, so I have not completely ruled out a bug with Apache.

I have tested various CGIs on Apache 1.3b7. Some seem to have been broken by b7. Others work fine. PHP3RC4 causes this error in the Apache error log:
[error] Premature end of script headers:...

There appear to be numerous changes to Apache 1.3 b7 (Win32). Many seem to be related to the Win32 API.

Confirmed to be an Apache-1.3b7 problem. Fixed in the
latest Apache sources.
