You can pick your preferred mirror on http://www.php.net/my.php

Do you know which mirror you where redirected to?
Does this still happen?

I believe this was a minor hiccup on one of our mirrors and that specific mirror has probably been disabled by our mirror-test-bot by now.

If you can still reproduce this and can tell me which mirror this was, please reopen this bug report and tell me which mirror.
