When php-cgi.exe start

it says php-cgi.exe failed can not found php_mbstring.dll, OCI.dll, aspell-15.dll, libcs.dll, DB2CLI.dll, isqlt09a.dll, CORE_RL_magick_.dll, iilibapi.dll

I now that this bug has been already post but it was on Win 98 and the solution doesn't work with win XP

IMHO you have enabled some extensions, which needs some third party DLLs, not included in the PHP package.

You should read the manual pages for these extensions about the requirements.
