I've designed test feedback.php form. But it's not working. I've changed code in php.ini (windows dir).SMTP=smtp.eth.net (my ISP), but phpinfo() showing SMTP=localhost. Can you please help me out in this situation.

I'm learing PHP now. Kindly help me.
