Basically just being able to use some syntactic sugar to evaluate an expression like this:

if ( 10 > $x > 5) {
	echo $x.' is greater than 5, but less than 10';

which is the same as:

if ($x < 10 && $x > 5) {
	echo $x.' is greater than 5, but less than 10';
