Description:
------------
The exact message "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support or package vendor."

This is the 5th or 6th attempts after uninstalling and reinstalling and attempting from different mirror sites. Each time I get the same meessage.

I can successfully install 4.4.4 PHP, but 5.2.0 install will not install.

Similar Bugs are already reported, and a fix for Apache is reported, but I need a windows fix. Help please.
