mcrypt,mhash,tidy,pdo_sqlite ignores --with-libdir=XXX 

see patch for details.

Will be nice you can add some sort of automated check on gcov  site that alerts from this issue in PECL and the core.

Reproduce code:

Expected result:
don't ignore --with-libdir

Actual result:
ingored in some situations.
