Description:
------------
I'm attaching two fairly minor additional tests for the assert() function.

The other assert tests are in:

../ext/standard/tests/assert

there are already assert.phpt and assert02.phpt so these would logically be assert03.phpt and assert04.phpt

I have tested them on version 5.2.0 - they pass with expected output.

assert03.phpt -> http://pastebin.ca/271823
assert04.phpt -> http://pastebin.ca/271825
