All the time...- Install just wont work

Expected result:

I would expect that i would see the images and page content from the web browser but at the moment all I get is the raw code

Actual result:
--------------
errors everytime i start the php up and only seeing the code on web pages. 



I have done EXTENSIVE searches across all avail resources and with LITTLE results from these searches
