Escaped characters for new line feed (\n) , carriage return (\r) and Horizintal tab (\t) for strings between double quotes (") doesn't work as described in the documentation.

Reproduce code:
---------------
<?
echo "This is a line feed \n";
echo "This is a carriage return \r";
echo "and this is a tab \t";
echo "this is een double quote \"";
?>

Expected result:
----------------
This is a line feed 
This is a carriage return
and this is a tab           this is een double quote "

Actual result:
--------------
This is a line feed This is a carriage return and this is a tab this is een double quote "
