dbase_open() function don't works.

Reproduce code:
---------------
$dbo = dbase_open("/var/www/html/dbf/200.dbf",0);

Expected result:
----------------
No errors and the database opened. This bug don't occur in 5.1.2.

Actual result:
--------------
Warning: dbase_open() [function.dbase-open]: unable to open database /var/www/html/dbf/200.dbf in /var/www/html/dbfopen.php on line 3

This meand the dbf file is not readable or has a broken header.
Please upload this file (or another one, which demonstrates it) somewhere and leave the link here.

The "T" (timestamp?) fields are not support by ext/dbase.
