used to work until yesterday or sth

(btw the captcha did not show in firefox and it's not adblock-related)

related #15817, #17011, #38765 (on different mirrors) fixed

This was already reported and the mirror's maintainer has been informed about the problems with the setup.

still doesn't work. any eta on this? 

or maybe just remove at.php.net from the list of mirrors and direct people from www.php.net (which now shows another error too at "/home/local/Web/sites/www.php.net/include/layout.inc on line 110") to some other mirror for now until it gets fixed. it's really annoying.

Our mirror-test script automatically disables "bad mirrors" 
and removes them from the mirror list (ergo=>you shouldn't 
be redirected there).

The error you noticed had already been reported as 
bug#38817 (and fixed).. :)
