On your sitem under "Binaries for other systems," the 
link "Mac OS X" that links to entropy.ch eventually 
brings up a page that says "You do not have permission 
to view this page on this server." What do I need to do 
to get permission?

A fix will be part of the install/macos/* rewrite.

I misread this report, but, the php manual links here (and to other places) now too.
