i use oracle 7.3.4 on novell 4.11 and developer 2000

now i want create application server on linux + apache
and use php .

but when i test use omni server, as an web server on 
windows 98
and try to use OCILOGON("scott","tiger","dev");
same as i use ora_logon("scott","tiger");

why always receive message oci_pen_server,....
ora error --> ora-12154

I need advise a lot, if you dont mind...
