Description:
------------
The 17-May-2006 entry Call to speaker for Paris "Forum PHP 2006" has improperly encoded cedilles and other accented characters in its page. PHP.net appears to be UTF-8, but Firefox 1.5.2 is displaying them as .

This problem also breaks the RSS feed in Sage Reader.
