Description:
------------
Having downloaded a new version of the php manual in chm format (English, datestamped Tue Nov 22 00:57:49 2005), I noticed many unreadable characters. Characters that appeared correctly in my earlier version (English, datestamped Thu Mar 11 11:45:10 2004), such as the 'Prev', 'Next', 'Home' and 'Up' footer links, the 'Edited by' header in the Table of Contents, or the 'Table of Contents' subheader under Getting Started, now featured as question marks.

I've already tried to change Windows encoding for non-unicode programs (just in case), but it did not work. I am using English Windows XP SP-1. Please also note that the html version of the manual reads fine.

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.
