Not really a website issue, but a Systems Operations issue. I doubt the webserver builds PHP!

Win32 build will be back next week. In the meanwhile you can use:

I'll wait. What's the issue with the win32 builds?

Oh. Does the new MS C++ 2005 Express work for the PHP compilation? A free MS C++ compiler!!!

Could mean a LOT more windows developers getting their hands dirty.
