./configure script no longer finds /usr/lib/libldap.dylib on 
Mac OS X

This must be a result of the following change to the 
configure script in 5.1.3RC2 relative to 5.1.2:

Reproduce code:
---------------
gnutar xfj php-5.1.3RC2.tar.bz2
cd php-5.1.3RC2
./configure --with-ldap=/usr 



Expected result:
----------------
Expected same results as with php-5.1.2, where
./configure script completed without error

Actual result:
--------------
...
checking for InterBase support... no
checking for LDAP support... yes
checking for LDAP Cyrus SASL support... no
configure: error: Cannot find ldap libraries in /usr/lib.

With http://snaps.php.net/php5.1-200604101230.tar.gz, the 
configure step completes correctly. Subsequent make also 
succeeds.
