I'm getting a "Document Contains No Data" error under netscape. Using Apache 1.3.6, PHP 3.0.14. I do have mod_frontpage installed, however, mod_frontpage was installed and working long before PHP3. I've also got PHP2 compiled in, and have removed mod_proxy. I have 117 virtual hosts. 

Here's the interesting thing I'm seeing:

Sometimes I can trim 4 virtual hosts from my httpd.conf file and PHP3 works. Sometimes I have to trim more than half of them out to get PHP3 to work. PHP2 always works fine. I tried increasing my file descriptor hard and soft limits in the kernel, however, this had no affect. Nothing shows up in my access or error logs, and there is no core dump left behind. I've tried compiling Apache with -DHIGH_SLACK_LINE=256, still no change.

I have test files at http://www.cache.net/php.php (PHP2) and http://www.cache.net/php.php3 (PHP3).

Yes, read it. this does not core dump, nothing shows in the error log. I've upgraded to 3.0.15
and still get the same problem. I'm convinced this is somehow related to solaris. I'm fairly
competent with C (gcc, gdb), if you can help point me in the right direction I would
be willing to dig up any specific information you need.

We are sorry, but can not support PHP 3 related problems anymore.  Momentum is
gathering for PHP 5, and we think supporting PHP 3 will lead to a waste of
resources which we want to put into getting PHP 5 ready. Ofcourse PHP 4 will
will continue to be supported for the forseeable future.
