Description:
------------
The code below generates a reproducible segmentation fault on
every server I've tried it on.

Reproduce code:
---------------
<?

$pspell_link = pspell_new("en", "", "", "utf-8", PSPELL_FAST | PSPELL_RUN_TOGETHER);
$suggestions = pspell_suggest($pspell_link, '--');

?>

Expected result:
----------------
Null array, or an error code, but not a dead Apache.
