Description:
------------
There are no LIBXSLT_VERSION, LIBXSLT_DOTTED_VERSION,
LIBEXSLT_VERSION, or LIBEXSLT_DOTTED_VERSION constants as
there are for libxml. Thus there is no means for client code
to determine what version of libxslt it's running against
short of parsing phpinfo().
