Reproduce code:

when you do configure --help the relevant part shows up as:

--with-config-file-path=PATH
Set the path in which to look for php.ini
              PREFIX/lib
--with-config-file-scan-dir=PATH
Directory to be scanned for configuration files
--enable-safe-mode
              Enable safe mode by default

Actual result:
--------------
when you do configure --help the relevant part shows up as:

--with-config-file-path=PATH
Set the path in which to look for php.ini

The possible solution I tried localy was to change configure.in from:

---------------
PHP_ARG_WITH(config-file-scan-dir,[directory to be scanned for configuration files],
[ --with-config-file-scan-dir=PATH ], DEFAULT, no)-
if test "$PHP_CONFIG_FILE_SCAN_DIR" = "DEFAULT"; then
  PHP_CONFIG_FILE_SCAN_DIR=
fi
---------------

to:

---------------
PHP_ARG_WITH(config-file-scan-dir,[directory to be scanned for configuration files],
[ --with-config-file-scan-dir=PATH
Directory to be scanned for configuration files
                           ], DEFAULT, no)
if test "$PHP_CONFIG_FILE_SCAN_DIR" = "DEFAULT"; then
  PHP_CONFIG_FILE_SCAN_DIR=
fi
---------------

I know it's ugly but it works after running autoconf...
