Description:
------------
I recently upgraded php from 5.0.3 to 5.0.5 and a piece of proprietary php software that I was running, now will not run. The error in the http-error.log is

[notice] child pid 10398 exit signal Illegal instruction (4)

Due to the software functioning on 5.0.3 I do not think that it could be a code error.

Reproduce code:
---------------
http://www.imnotgonnalie.com/ginny/SugarBean.php.txt

The error is caused somewhere in the constructor (line 88)

Actual result:
--------------
PHP exits on error

[notice] child pid 10398 exit signal Illegal instruction (4)
