Description:
------------
Quick summary: the Description for php.exe and php-win.exe are the same and this leads to confusion when doing Open With.

If (on my Windows XP Pro) I right click a .php file, one of the options is Open With. At this point, I could select Choose Program at the bottom of the list, then select the Browse button, and then navigate to the php directory and select either one of php.exe or php-win.exe (or even php-cgi.exe).

If I select one (say php.exe), click Open, then click OK, my PHP script is run (note the dos cmd window flash) - so far so good.

Now I go through the same process only select the other one (php-win.exe) and run it (note there is no cmd window flash) - so far still so good.

Now I right click that .php file for the third time and pay attention to what is listed under the Open With section. Now it is not so good because I see CLI listed twice, once for php.exe and once for php-win.exe
I presume Windows is pulling the name out of the Description field - if you right click either of the two .exe files, you can see that only the Description field has CLI.

If would be really good of PHP to update the description field for php-win.exe to something like "Win CLI" to give the user a clue.
