In last version (2 september 2005) of php_manual_ru.chm file not readable content of ALL topics! Reports (in russian) "?????????? ?????????? ????????".

Need to unblock file in Windows XP Explorer! 
File->Properties. Button below Attributes.

User errors cannot be "Closed", they are "Bogus".
