Description:
------------
While using session trans_sid there is a problem with some url_rewriter tags.

Reproduce code:
---------------
<?php /*-------- example 1 start (works as expected) --------*/ ?>
<html>
<body>
<a href="/foo.php">bar</a>
</body>
</html>
<?php /*-------- example 1 end --------*/ ?>

<?php /*-------- example 2 start (does not work as expected) --------*/ ?>
<html>
<body>
<a
  href="/foo.php">bar</a>
</body>
</html>
<?php /*-------- example 2 end --------*/ ?>

Expected result:
----------------
<html>
<body>
<a
href="/foo.php?sessionID=ee12ddca7d148a9b6c51c490a953a1b6">bar</a>
</body>
</html>

Actual result:
--------------
<html>
<body>
<a
href="/foo.php">bar</a>
</body>
</html>

Thank you for taking the time to write to us, but this is not
a bug. Please double-check the documentation available at
http://www.php.net/manual/ and the instructions on how to report
a bug at http://bugs.php.net/how-to-report.php

The url rewriter doesn\'t fix all HTML code as that would be way to slow. Put them on one line and it works.
