Reproduce code:
---------------
$PHP_BIN="\"E:\\Program Files\\PHP\\php.exe\" ";
$PHP_SCRIPT="\"E:\\Program Files\\Apache Group\\Apache2\\htdocs\\test.php\" ";
var_dump($PHP_BIN.$PHP_SCRIPT);
system($PHP_BIN.$PHP_SCRIPT);




Expected result:
----------------
"E:\Program Files\PHP\php.exe" "E:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache2\htdocs\test.php"

using php.exe excute the code in test.php

Actual result:
--------------
'E:\Program' bad command ...
