  I am not able to use the function fopen() with an IPV6 address. The binary version release has support to execute functions using ipv6?

Reproduce code:
$fp=fopen ("http://[fe80::1]/teste.php/","r") or die ("N?o pode abrir o localhost");

Actual result:
Warning: fopen(): php_network_getaddresses: gethostbyname failed in D:\Trabalho\php5\conexao.php on line 32

Warning: fopen(http://[fe80::1]/teste.php/): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in D:\Trabalho\php5\conexao.php on line 32
N?o pode abrir o localhost

The windows binaries support IPv6 (as you can check in the phpinfo()).
