  I am not able to use the function fopen() with an IPV6 address. The binary version release has support to execute functions using ipv6?

Reproduce code:

$fp=fopen ("http://[fe80::1]/teste.php/","r") or die ("N?o pode abrir o localhost"); 


Actual result:

are you sure your windows installation supports IPv6?? read http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/winxppro/plan/faqipv6.mspx for more info.

The windows binaries support IPv6 (as you can check in the phpinfo()).
