phpize generates configure scripts that use PATH_SEPARATOR but nothing defines it.  This causes detection of sed and thus the whole of configure to fail.

This is with latest HEAD.

This bug has been fixed in CVS.

Snapshots of the sources are packaged every three hours; this change
