After a Apache2.0.54 + PHP5.0.4 fresh installation on OpenBSD  
3.7, httpd can't start and "Apachectl configtest" have 
no output at all if "LoadModule php5_module        libexec/libphp5.so" is uncomment (if this lign is commented, "Syntax OK")
