mysqli_bind_result doesn't support MYSQL_TYPE_NULL. This causes libmysql to fail with error buffer_length=0.

Reproduce code:

$mysql = new mysqli("localhost", "root", "");

$stmt = $mysql->prepare("SELECT NULL FROM DUAL");
